Grand Barns

   With vast open space afforded by taller walls and post-and-beam construction, these barns can easily and suitably be labeled "grand." These large structures that have graced the Vermont landscape for many centuries have seen a resurgence of interest. Still used occasionally for horses and livestock, new barn structures often have multi-functional uses such as garage, workshop, storage, home office, or separate living space.
